We start from the customer's needs and plan, based on a standard model, which solution is suitable for your project. This is done in collaboration with your adviser. When you agree on the budget, design, layout and choice of materials, this is sent to the engineer for drawing and calculations for production. When the final budget, design and details have been confirmed by the customer, production of the house and ordering of components to be installed are planned as soon as financing/guarantee from your bank has been confirmed. Most of the production takes place at our factories in the Baltics and is delivered to your site almost ready-made so that the construction time is as short as possible. Our installers ensure good and fast installation on the building site. The production area is planned in line with your needs in terms of foundation work, masonry etc., combined with the factory's capacity. When we agree on delivery, we will order the house for the construction site and our installers will receive and assemble the house. You must also work with local contractors, masons, plumbers and electricians who help to clarify that before we arrive with the house. We will contribute with sketches and foundation wall drawings and communicate with contractors, electricians, plumbers and bricklayers, so that they know what needs to be done. When handing over, we go through all the details, hand over the FDV and draw up a takeover protocol. After 12-14 months, a 1-year check-up is carried out.

Delivery time depends a little on the season and the details of the order. When buying a ready-made modular house, approx. 6 weeks can be considered as the best case, and up to approx. 12 weeks in season. Within this time, we should normally be able to deliver the house you order. We have to agree on this in more detail when we agree on the details and check when we reserve for production at the factory. Funding must initially be done in the normal way via investors or banks. If you have land, you get financing in the usual way, like when you buy a normal house. We build according to the TEK 17 standard, which qualifies for a bank loan, provided you also have equity and are within the regulations with a maximum of 5 x income. It may also be a good idea to apply for a loan at the housing bank. We are open to discussing possible solutions, but in any case you have to sort things out yourself. We build the house ready at the factory and transport it to the building site. When we arrive at the building site, pillars or gunwale must be in place so that we can lift the house into place. You must also have a clear supply of water/drainage and electricity/fibre etc so that this can be connected at the same time by a plumber and electrician. It is best to get local craftsmen to arrange this and things like planning/excavation/brickwork where you are dependent on large machines and local knowledge of infrastructure and the municipality where you are going to build. We work according to TEK17, adapted to houses under 70m2, which regulates the u-value of windows, doors and requirements for the house. We are keen to contribute with as low an energy consumption as possible and will use suppliers who meet the requirements, but are constantly working to find even better solutions. We build based on modules and can actually build as big as you want. We will either build like "lego" by assembling modules that are completely finished in factories in the Baltics (Max width approx. 400cm x 1450cm) or "Prefab") where we make all the components ready at our factories in the Baltics and then assemble this together on a construction site.
